CHINA PROFESSIONAL TOURS (CPT), while a full-scale travel agency capable of arranging all facets of travel, is first and foremost a tour operator specializing in China and Southeast Asia. Under the ownership of Mr. Nick Qin and headquarted in Atlanta, Georgia, CPT is one of the very few and the perhaps largest tour operators based in the southeast United States specializing in providing tours to China and Asia.

Mr. Qin’s experience in tours and travel has gained him the reputation of being an ‘expert’ on China. He was born in Beijing, China, and in 1984 began his career in tourism with China Travel Service Head Office in Beijing, China; his concentration and responsibilities lied in operations and tour consultation. In 1989, Mr. Qin moved to Atlanta and became the General Manager of China Tours, the first Chinese agency in the area targeting individual and group tours to China. As the company grew, cultivating this exciting market, it became clear that his destiny was to own and manage his own tour operator company. Hence, he became the Owner and President of CHINA PROFESSIONAL TOURS (which he opened in 1995), a retail inbound/outbound travel and tour company as well as a wholesale distribution channel within the industry.

With a full staff of professionals in tours, groups, airline ticketing, reservations and consultation, CHINA PROFESSIONAL TOURS has pledged itself in offering the most in service, quality and competitive pricing within the industry. Not only does the company’s tour department provide leisure excursions for individuals and groups, CPT specializes in arranging business meetings and customized tours for various industry professionals, such as doctors, manufactures, public service officials, etc., as well as for cultural and sister city and state exchanges. During recent years, the company has successfully conducted several large-scale educational and cultural exchange tours of high school, college and professional school students to China and Southeast Asia, ranging from women’s soccer competition, to Chinese Martial Arts exchange, and to MBA student site research. In short, there is little the company cannot do or provide concerning trips to China or Southeast Asia.

CPT has received their appointments from the International Airlines Travel Agent Network (IATAN) and the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), is a member of the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc., actively participates in the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), Atlanta PATA Chapter and is a member of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA).

Finally, CHINA PROFESSIONAL TOURS enjoys one of the most exclusive working relationships with China Travel Service (CTS) Beijing, one of China’s largest travel company headquartered in Beijing. CPT is also in very close working relationships with individual tour operators throughout China and Southeast Asia in order to guarantee the best price and the supreme quality for all its tours to the region.
Additionally, CPT has special contractual agreements and relationships with numerous airlines, such as United Airlines, Japan Airlines, Singapore Airlines, China Southern, China Eastern, China Airlines, Air China, Eva and more.
