Full day tour of Potala Palace, and Norbulinka. (B L D)

Full day tour of Jokhang Temple, Barkor Street, and visit a Traditional Tibetan Hospital. (B L D)

Lhasa - Kathmandu
Transfer to airport for flight to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is free. Evening Welcome Gala Nepali Dinner with folk dances at an old Rana Palace. (B L D)

Kathmandu
Drive to Kopan Monastery. Vegetarian lunch with Tibetan monks. Then proceed to Boudhnath Stupa and Pasupatinath Temple.(B L D)

Kathmandu
Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city, Swayambunath. Then drive to Patan city and have lunch at the Patan Museum cafe. After lunch proceed for sightseeing tour of Patan Tibetan Center and Nepalese handicraft center.(B L D)

Kathmandu - Bangkok
Free in the morning and lunch on own. Transfer to airport for flight to Bangkok in the afternoon.(B L D)
